I play with a few seniors a couple times a week and they are still quite competitive. I play with one fellow Bob, who is 86 years old, I swear sometimes he might just keel over but man, he has some great reflexes.

Badminton and tennis as well if they used to be professional and had exeptional touch. Moonballers for tennis and deceptive attackers for badminton especially.

The reason anyone can compete in table tennis is that theoretically, you don't have to move very much, and the racket can generate all the power for you.

That would depend on your style, I have never seen any 80 year old penholder who runs around playing their fh all day. There will get to a certain point where the racket power isnt enough. |

I said theoretically, I'm not saying that nobody moves when they play, but you can move very little and still compete very well.
