Been following her on instagram for a while now and yep, and from what i've noticed, she's gotten to where she is gradually and not just over a very short period. Seen her post lots of workout stories and i guess some good diet as well. So yeah, in short, hard work and dedication.

Hi,

Steffi Graf, in her teens, from the prompting of her dad, did exercises to reduce her breast size, as it was deemed inappropriate for tennis play.

Thanks.

The 'secret' [it's not one] is keeping your calorie consumption lower than calorie output, on average, over a sustained period of time.

How people achieve this varies, but the mytt guy who has the table tennis guide to health and fitness, as well as reddit fitness, are both great resources to help you achieve this.

Motivation is temporary, routine / being regimented is what causes sustained improvement.

It helps a lot for TT as well. Recovery times for shots, moving faster and better for a lot longer is very good. Being in position more often means playing with more quality and consistency.

well she's a pro player.
all she does all day every day is physical activity.
there's really no excuse for these people not to be in pristine physical condition.

Yep, "Juicy" Kev. Unfortunately if you want thee guide you need to ask him [nicely!] as it's been removed from that website. If that sounds daunting, go here: https://thefitness.wiki/

As its been read by 10's of millions and is all fact based.

Fantastic advice, and it's a shame because for me at least, it took very little once I submitted myself to the process. Being healthy is so valuable, and all it takes is a few steps to get in the right direction.

Complaining about a slow metabolism is silly, even on the off chance it's true, that's largely fixed and outside of your control. So just like in TT, focus on what you can influence.

I like everything he writes. He is so active and alive, he can't stay on the same thing for too long, too many things to do always at 100mph Big smile
