Yes this rubber reminds me of the old dark coloured dhs from the 70s.yes it retains lots of dirt but just wipe it off and it s again ready for use
The most important impression i got from bw2 was how it helped me against a well known tennis cheat,  with the game all tied up at ten points each I easily won the next two points. After the game my opponent asked me how I managed to return all four wet ball services he had given me at various points  during our encounter [I was unaware of this].
This played on my mind and although I dismissed the thought that this rubber can consistently return wet balls I just had to go home and wash my rubber, with the water still on I proceeded to bounce a few balls and topspin some.......holy sh..t    this is a miracle working rubber it still spins the ball in its undried state .   ttrubberman, cagarage sales, Mr forum moderator please try this water test as I eagerly await your report [verification].

I just noticed on your signature that you also play with BW3. What do you think of the two rubbers? Any major differences? Is BW3 worth almost 4x the price of BW2? I have one but I'm still too freaked out to try it.

I think I'll just PM him just in case. I'm very interested. Although even if the rubber was all that good, I'd doubt I'd have the funds to pay such a high price for this hobby.

That's the point.

I have been using BW2 for months and I'm very happy with it. It is affordable to try one piece of BW3, but what's going on? If this is a good ruuber, it's too expensive to use it as a regular forehand rubbers.

Ditto on that ttrubberman! BW2 has been working very well for me too. Still very happy with it. And still too scared too open up a $80+ rubber just to test and review...

The same with me,after using the bw2 I must admit that at first I thought it was over rated that was until it was broken in some what reminding me of wild horses(lol).
I must say that this is the best rubber I have ever played with  and my bw3
like yours is still in the package.I am afraid that once opened I will experience the best playing rubber of all time (for me) but at a  somewhat unaffordable  cost.

That reminds me Mr rubberman you have a way of making people put aside all their findings when they read your reviews. I read your review on dhs neo skyline rubbers and I want to put down my bw2 and try dhs neo skyline 2based on your review in which you specifically outlined with precision your differences between the neo skyline series and it  is from this that I am able to choose the #2version for trial (great reviews).
All  and all Haifu have certainly reassured confidence in chinese rubbers by giving the world a quality product kudos to them and to the people that brought them here.  By the way I have noticed Haifu make blades as well but not st handle have you tried any.

yes, i agree with your view of bw2. it's an evil step child that you can beat and then give it a quick clean and it's still going to perform like old.
