What kinds of tt conditioning are recommended for non-tt days? What kind of exercises should one do?
I am thinking about the following exercises before my tournament in September. 1. Aerobics - Walking/Running, and various other slightly intense cardio. 2. Yoga - Balance and heal my back 3. Weights - muscle building Edited by liulin04 - 07/01/2014 at 4:22pm |

I am thinking about that too. I used to play bball days and nights. I still have 3 pairs of Jordan that need to be worn, all bought for the sole purposes of bball. |

I would suggest interval trainings(multiple sets of sprints, builds cardio and get in shape faster). I used to play a lot of bballs too, im still wearing my kobes playing tt lol. but I found low intensity cardios don't help with any sports that require sprinting and lots of lateral moves... Weight trainings on back, leg & shoulder muscles def help preventing tt-related injuries and stronger swings as well. Lots of lateral squats last! lol

That's one powerful muscle. It gets flexed multiple times everyday without your conscious effort. It is perhaps the most under-appreciated as it helps a great deal in core strength. |
