I am actually looking for the tg3 neo prov. :X If yours happens to be real, I might just get this instead of tg3.

Just want to warn you  - that rubber is very undurable...I had two of it and both got bubbled in a month. It got an excellent playing features though. Good choice for rich controllable attacker.

I'm not sure wether H3 Prov BS from ttnpp is authentic or not because it bubbles in 1.5 month without any excessive boosting. Or maybe it is typical for BS Provincials, I don't know. But I thinks I'm done with this rubber and will try some kind of Big Dipper or Battle 2 :/

i have not tried H3 national. As a suggestion, why not try H3 Neo provincial and boost it with a couple layers of Seamoon booster. I used to use Adidas P7, Adidas tenzon ultra, and the H3 neo provincial correctly boosted is much faster, spinnier and just as soft as tensors. Blows away what i was using before. There is a thread here on MYTT regarding boosting the H3s.  Give it a try and  you can save some dollars. LOL

There is a recent thread about the TTNPP provincial blue sponge that I purchased here: http://mytabletennis.net/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=70797&KW=sedis&PID=863209&title=who-actually-makes-the-fake-dhs-rubbers
I have come to the conclusion that the top sheet is either real or a very good copy as described by cole_ely later in thread. The pip structure is identical and it feels exactly the same.
Whilst I suspect it may not be a genuine provincial blue sponge, if indeed there is such a thing, it is a good rubber. I won't buy it again as I don't really want to support products that are not 100% what they claim to be, but I will certainly use it until it wears out.
If my club is still using the celluloid balls when this happens I will probably buy a Nittaku H3 Neo - it will be interesting to see how the two compare.

I do have a sheet from ttnpp pro bs h3, pip broke after 2nd tuning. Sponge is so soft and brittle. The current h3 nat bs I bought from shanghai has much firmer sponge. Used 4 mth tuned twice and still solid even thr the top sheet does feel more flexible/softer.

I wonder why DHS just doesn't officially release the "Provincial" and "National" level quality of their rubbers to the general public? There are many if not most who are already willing to pay $50-$70 per sheet of rubber

That's how they create demand - scarcity drives prices up.

Yes, my rubbers are authentic. Sorry, I'm not on table tennis forums much now a days. I'm surprised all the posts regarding the website is no longer available in the search query.
