I think it's based on trust, first thing..if u like a particular item u can PM/email the seller n negotiate the price u both agree on..another important thing is ur/his intention must b genuine, the method/choice of payment is mainly thro' paypal...BTW, Trankev is a good guy thou' i've never met him but based on my communication w/him, he is trustworthy, so r guys/gals like Shij421, Kong linghui Sp, Ryno, Dr Teatime, Jctlee, Chronos, ttkenny, adib, dimitris, kei123, raficten, ivann, peoneater....Lastly n not least ME..Did I miss anyone?
