That person wanted to buy something from me, but I couldn't understand what they were saying in the PM, so I said I would have to pass.

I think we've seen enough evidence to ban him from the forum, so that he does not do it to anyone else.

Sorry for an OT question.  In the opposite case when  the seller did send the goods, but I do not get it after a month.  What are the options?  A dispute will not be fair to the seller, but eating the lost will not be fair to me.

Did you try a trace from your post office? Usually the sender has to initiate a trace to find out if it is sitting in a sorting station somewhere.

What are you talking about?
If you want tracking, you should pay for it. You agreed not to have tracking.
I told you that I already sent package to you.
Then I asked you to give me your email so I could send you pic for the receipt (even you did not ask me to give you pictures). I even did not get the email yet, then I saw you opened the dispute claiming that you did not receive the package.
So who is a liar here? Who is scammer here?
You can not take my money by take advantage of paypal protecting buyer.
Don't mess around here.
And by the way, how many account do you have around here?

Funny!
The guy is saying that I answered nothing (after I was telling him that I shipped the package), then he decided to buy another, so he go to paypal to cancel the payment by opening a dispute.
By the way, how long did I answer nothing? Not even a day (over the weekend).
What an a$$h@le? Just waste my time.

It is not worth to deal with the idiot. This guy filed dispute for everything one or two days after buying things. If you go over the post, you could see what he did to MyTableTennis.net shop as well.
It was frustrated to deal with the guy who is playing around with paypal and creating trouble.

I got my money back from paypal (after I have to prove that he is a scam to paypal), so I've done with this idiot.

I WARNED EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO DEAL WITH HIM. YOU MAY GOT SCAMMED.

The cost of the blade is not the issue in this case.

First of all, when you communicate with another member on an English-speaking forum, especially about a sensitive issue, you need to make sure that there is no language-related misunderstandings. This kinda calls for a better English...

Second, we do allow multiple nicks for the same user. Since ttFaka is suspended, I advise fatt to suspend this account as well. If ttFaka=elmatif will insist on coming here, we could block his IP address.

Also, this discussion should be moved to Feedbacks section.

I think too many people are being unfair with the supposed scammer. It is obvious that he doesn't speak English fluently and that some words that he might want to say doesn't get translated in the correct way, thus resulting in a misunderstanding. BTW, just for the record I'm not defending him, but I'm just neutral.

TBH, The guy to me seems to be telling the truth. Am I stupidly blind? Perhaps. Anyhow, if he was really trying to scam, I believe he wouldn't be trying to defend himself. And simply would create a different account with masked a IP (which is simple to do anyways).

I understand Spanish, so I understand where he is coming from.

With that being said, I think the morale of the story is that before selling anything make sure both parties completely understand what is being sold/bought and under what conditions. Always make sure not only once, but at least twice.

Good luck.

Are you saying that he is justified in filing for a dispute with Paypal after less than 3 days the item was sent for international delivery?  Perhaps you do need assistance.
