can the toxic 3 chop from a far distance? i read that it sucks the energy out of the ball and im not sure if its gonna reach the other side of the table esp. since im thinking of using it with pips out rubbers with no sponge(BH long, FH short). has anyone tried this?

It's pretty slow! If you're going to be chopping well away from the the table, I'd recommend you use at least a 0.6mm sponge... the sponge will allow you to vary the spin a lot more.

Hi Axis, the Toxic 3 in my opinion for what its worth is very very
slow, and I believe that even with the fastest long pips and sponge, a
lot of effort would be required to chop from away from the table.
Look, people can chop with glued up bryce, so nothing is impossible, but in general terms the Toxic 3 is more suited to close to the table Play. |

Not sure if i agree with that... I think it's very well suited for chopping against power loopers away from the table, but for those that give you little pace, it's harder to generate the pace yourself.
Also make sure the rubbers you get with it fit the blade, the blade is very big!
