jimmy u got a pt there...I'm gonna get a chance to try my new EJ friend's Juic 1 ply n may be later get my hands on that Tibhar H-1-9..ever wonder why that Juic 1 ply is so much cheaper @ paddlepalace than Iruiru's?
But this YinHe 1 ply is nice too n it's so pale...

If you get to play it, let us know your impressions. It's still reasonably priced and it could be a very good 1-ply Hinoki for all I know.

It is beautiful, but it is too heavy. It could be a reason why noone wants it.

How much did you pay for that blade, and where did you get it?

That is not from the same stock of wood as the ones I have. The grains of the $200 blades are much much straighter. They're straighter than anything I've ever seen, in fact.

I think that one's the same one that eacheng is selling for $190, which galaxy assures me is a step down from what they sent me. Mine is supposedly 300 year old wood and they claim it retails for $400! I can't imagine that to be true though.
Wavestone St with Illumina 1.9r, defender1.7b

Please let me know if I can be of assistance.

the 300 yr wood were not selling $400, but $3XX indeed. and for my blade, not 300 yr old but i bought it for more than a hundred dollars, coz it's 95% new, i sell it a hundred. if someone really likes it, i can give a gd price tho~

i think the juic 1 ply, is a better value, less heavy, and around the same thickness. if it was lighter, then i might consider it, even  though it is still balanced

Notice that the latest post is about 3 years old - I wouldn't hold my breath on this one... but then who knows, maybe it's still up for sale
