Sounds like BTY wants to milk us for as much money as possible for each of the Tenergys.  What's the T25 all about?  How does that play compared to T05 or T64.  When is the release date of T64?

I haven't tried T05 on my blade(I don't like T05 for it's weight), but on Mazunov I had a hit with both.Whoever tested it found that:
T64 was softer
T64 was lighter
T64 a was faster
T64 was easier to counterloop
Because of the softer sponge, for me personally. was easier to loop against backspin. Still, it is not at all a soft rubber. Due to the speed seems easier to block as well. Push and serve......hmmm...I don't think one was worse than the other, just different. I also would like to add that the 05 was boosted

Thanks for the feedback Kolev.  T64 sounds like it plays better than boosted T05.  Does the T64 generate more spin as well or is it the same amount of spin, but faster?  Is the throw angle lower compared to T05?

No I wouldn't say better, different  yes Since it's a bit faster, I guess the throw is a bit lower. the spin....well this is very personal, but for me is easier with the 64  since it is a bit softer

It doesn't ruin it. I'm playing with a slightly boosted T05. I tried comparing a brand new sheet, which was very rigid and hard ... to a sheet glued up with few layers Stiga Victory glue.  Dome? Check! slapped it on.

Conclusion:  Loss of some speed. More crisp feeling, great contact. Much better for short game. Throw seems a bit higher, and i'm having a liiiitle trouble adjusting, but overall i think it'll be better for my game.

      for more information, click here

Tenergy 05
playing style power spin
speed 13
spin 11,5
sponge: 1,7/1,9/2,1
High Performance for a Topspin Attacking Strategy

"Spring Sponge" is the latest innovation from BUTTERFLY. It is the sponge of the coming era. The well-known High Tension technology of BUTTERFLY is now combined with "Spring Sponge" to produce a new rubber family: TENERGY.

TENERGY 05 is the first family member; the special feature being in the original shape of the pimples. The product carries our development code No. 05 and merges High Tension technology with the characteristics of a highly grippy rubber.

TENERGY 05 has already been evaluated by a large number of leading players, as well as by scientific measurement, as the best rubber for spinning the ball, both when serving and during a rally.

Do you look for a high quality rubber for your topspin and attack strategy? Then TENERGY 05 is the right answer.
Kolev, do you have any comparision here b/w T05 and T64 with speed, spin and sponge?

Butterflyonline has started advertising 25 in the latest USATT magazine.  It is, of course, slightly faster and slightly less spiny than 05.  I knew this from before, but I haven't seen Butterfly's official numbers for 64 or, for that matter, the expected release date.

Does anyone know the speed, spin, and density ratings for 64?  And do they know the Japanese and European release dates?

why do people cut there rubbers over the edge?  It really bugs me if its sticking over even a tiny bit... and its heavier and possibly illegal and if you hit the side you rip the rubber off

Ishlion is carbon and it is fast but not super fast and it blocks a perfect length on the table and the lightness makes it perfect for the short game and the hardness reduces the over the top spin you have to deal with when receiveing tons of spin on service for example.

my pushing has improved  a hell of a lot since i first used tenergy and even more since i started using the ishlion.
