	having bought from rnroman83 a number of times for used bryce speed, I must say he is of high credibility. Having said that, from the picture rnroman83 posted of the H3 Neo, all I can say is that it may play better than what it looks. This comes from my experience of playing nothing but H3/TG2 mostly black on the FH. Different batches of H3 rubbers behave quite differently. The old (pri 2004/5) H3 would keep it's tackiness for a long time. But I have seen black H3 oxidized after a couple of weeks. But it didn't affect the it's ability to make tons of spin. So I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that liberty is trying to con anybody. ( I don't know liberty and haven't dealt with him either).
