how long were tin arc and magician on the website before being released? I bet it was a while.
I bet it will be a 2012 rubber since they just pushed tin arc and magician out.

Geez, so, DHS H9 was on the LARC way back in 2011 (based on the OP)?
Any news on when it shall be released?

As of 2014, it's still in R&D.
Q: How long did it take to develop H8? Was it developed alongside H9? DHS: Development for H8 started in late 2012 and lasted 2 years. The design for H9 is still not final, but it's true development for both started at the same time. Here is a picture of H9, which looks different from the line art on LARC. http://www.cgtt.net/301.html Edited by zeio - 08/18/2017 at 11:21pm |

lol unless it's truly amazing, I doubt anybody in the CNT will use it. Just like the deal with Skylines (excluding the penholders).

Does anyone know what purpose is this rubber design to accommodate? more spin for the new plastic ball or something like that? How would it compare to Hurricane III Nat BS?

Mostly in the sponge, more elastic and less dead than H3, plays/feels better without a reliance on booster.

So, like a H3 neo ish type of rubber? Or more changes to the topsheet/sponge compared to H3 maybe?

Sort of. DHS claims the sponge of H8 is made with an entirely new formula, and the topsheet is tackier and tougher to compensate for the 40+ cellulose acetate ball.
H3 is more about controlled loop, whereas H8 is more emphasized on speed. |
