does the NCT actually acts like a sealer too? i ask to the store that i buy tt equipment and they reply that the nct acts like a sealer so i dont need to do further sealing to the blade

if it's sealed i must have missed it on my allround...maybe the intensity, offensive etc and EBon and Rose have it...btw you know the handle is hollow right?

Doh, i just looked at your equipment
your rosewood is sealed but NCT, i don't think Stiga has divulged what is in NCT (Nano Compsite Technology) it could be just carbon dust? i don't know but it's in the layers but stiga never said it was a sealer either. Actually if you emailed them, they would tell you but not in specifics. I have anothe NCT allround coming with LTplus FH and Sound Bh coming...can't wait to try that combo.

Stiga's description is vague about what it actually is. Some claim the NCT is just a surface sealant, yet some other claim it is in the glue instead. Or it could be both?

Hi Shakehander (or others who have already had a go),
how does allround wood nct work with your rubbers? I want to try my rubbers (see below) on it. I want a bit step back in speed and some steps forward in control and spin, you see. Edited by igszoctan - 04/27/2012 at 11:04am |

Generally speaking do fast rubbers work well on allround blades?

The NCT coating itself does not serve as protective seal, on the contrary, it is very easily removed along with the rubber.

Even more, I have BW2 and Shark on Grubba Pro All- and it's more than a looping mashine, it is a real mortar.
