Yes. And as he is no longer sponsored by Stiga I can tell it like it is.
It is an incredible rubber, great for looping, but also, if you look after it between playing, it seems to last forever. The sheets he is using now are over 6 months old (playing 5+ times per week) and the topsheet look brand new except for a couple of places where he caught the rubber. I can't understand why more people don't rave about it personally. My T-4 is still the best sounding blade too. Edited by JKC - 08/03/2017 at 5:33am |

As I may have mentioned before, I train a few times per month with a former CNT. I'm working on the stroke-reset-stroke sequence. Communication with the coach has improved as her English is slightly better and my Chinese has improved as well (as demonstrated at 4:25).

A few positive highlights from my loss to James Therriault.

James asked me to topspin to topspin on BH and FH for a half hour before a match he won today, hope it wasn't the match he had vs you Heavy Spin...

So where are your videos to post from the Open? And how about a video from HS, maybe his championship match?

I felt my camera could be a distraction to me. I only set it up for my match vs James since I knew I'd be good for a few highlight points even if I play poorly.

That's too bad. I like watching videos of all the MYTT members playing. On the one hand, professionals and 2600 players play amazing games. On the other hand, all the people here are more relatable -- I can understand what they're doing and the challenges they face in a more realistic way. No one else has any videos from the US Open?

For someone who never posts any of your own play, you show know how to ask people to post their own play.

Funny you should post, as I just go done watching a couple of your videos. As for why I don't post any of myself: you should be thankful that I spare you from that. The best I can do is serve as a warm up partner for others, such as Larry and Mark at this last Open.

Ha - How come I am the one playing away from the table when we play Eric? Thank you for the match. It was fun.

I love playing away from the table when I get the opportunity. It is not the most effective style however :)

Thanks for the vid, I always enjoy watching your highlights. But were you cool with 2729's serves? They looked to be straight off his palm. Dodgy.

Yeah, straight off the palm serves without even a little pretend toss.
But I guess you won the match so it doesn't matter too much ;) Edited by Simon_plays - 06/23/2018 at 11:12am |

How does one convert their full matches into Full Match short form?
(Which video editing software + which way to trim it is fastest). I've already trimmed off the start/end of recording i.e. with youtube, but I'm looking for the most painless way to trim off the 5-10s between each point, and the 30-60s between sets. I'd love to share since I just started using the tripod etc. to record tournament matches, and get feedback as well as just share my improvement. In the meantime: Here's one of the top 5 points from the above matches that I made into a gif, as a taster https://gifs.com/gif/vibhas-v-mark-page-JqgZ79 Semi final: Final: I'm always the fatter one with the blue shirt. I use Sony Vegas. Just open the whole video in the timeline, cut parts you don´t want then render remaining parts. When you get used to it the process is quite simple.

Highlights from some of my US Nationals matches. I tried to compile a variety of ways I won points. Don't be fooled by the selections. I lost more than half of these matches.

I was fortunate to win the U2000 title at this year's US Nationals :)
Here is a highlight video from my week in Vegas: And for those who don't like music in highlight videos:
