The only hope for us is to hack somehow the MPEG Transport Stream protocol of SWF/FLV format, then we here in the USA could try and rip the videos from NBC.

one solution could be StreamTransport

I shouldnt be laughing.....my nigerian basketball team totally embarrassed the nation the other night by losing by 83 points to the USA basketball stars. Yet, what I witnessed Serena Williams do to Maria Sharapova this morning was disturbing to watch. lol. I dont think anyone expected such a beatdown in a gold medal match.

Yes, Serena was devastating at these Olympics - it was not just Maria, she destroyed everyone else as well. But 6-0, 6-1 in the Olympic final is indeed kinda embarrassing.

I was promised links to a high-quality European broadcast TV recordings of MS semis and a final. I will be downloading them soon, I hope.

The question is - where should I upload them for everyone to access? They are pretty large - like one semi is five files (five games) totaling 2.8 Gb. Each file around 500-600 Mbytes.

There was one post about Ariel Hsing vs Li Xiaoxia, but did not work for me.
I can not find that old match on nbcolympics site either.

I can only recored what given in bbc and eurovision.tv site. Maybe German TV ZDF or RTL which is the official olympic broadcaster broadcasted his matches.

ZDf is german broadcaster. It has live stream to. I wish you asked it to me bofre so I had this idea.

Now I am using german proxy to watch zdf olympic live stream.

Japan - Hong kong match is being played right now.

Recoring has just finied Korea - Portugal, I also have Germany Austria.

It will bea long night for me. I have to encode 5 hours of table tennis and upload it.

I wish I did not finish quota of my 3g account. I can upload at a rate of 300 KB/sec. It is better than my 65 KB/sec. At least I could sleep earlier tonight.
