How do you find the grip on Darker C-pen compared to Butterfly ? Any difference ? |

evwoo, how can you play shake and pen at the same time? I tried that too but all my shake shots went into the net!

You really have a lot of blades, and you must like Taksim very much if you have two of them.
And may I know why you chose Speed 50 (and not 70 or 90 ?) |

My list currently: 2 Taksim Malin Carbon, 2 shakehand, 1 cpen, ordering softcarbon cpen yasaka extra cpen old yasaka (20 yrs old )jpen 1 ply hinoki rorin jpen violin round jpen juic Patitan II reversible Jpen Darker speed 50 BTY KTS on the way: Darker 7 ply cpen w and w/o carbon DHS WH I played with the Malin's and extra the most since I learned to like the vibration, feel and light weight of the Yasaka's blade. I have high hopes on the Darkers coming. Sold in the least 3 months are: Joola Shiek cpen Stiga clipper wood cpen donic persson cpen andro cf cpen 729 zebra cpen one taksim primoric carbon cpen my first Yasaka Gatien extra. was not a good example compare to the one I now have. galaxy carbon cpen that I don't remember the model cheap DHS bought last yr from china way too many blades; At one time, I was buying blades one to 2 a week. I got back into playing about 10 months ago since I got coaching from Tawny Banh, Crystal Huang, both on US women's team. Well, Tawny was off this year, but she played in 2 olympics and 10 WTTC. Also Michelle Hong, former china doubles champion back in 80s. I avg 3 to 4 hours of lessons a day, but I do not compete at this time. tHE 2 CLUBS I played have a few players 2000 Plus ranking and I think being around them and playing with them helps improve my game and definitely the coaching.Worth more than buying all these blades. My coaches complaint that I should not practice both shakehand and Cpen, but at my level now I find it helpfull to compliment my technique. I can do rbh quite well looping and smashing, I still need to work on blocking though and the range of movement is a lot harder than traditional cpen blocking. sorry for the long post.

You are missing nothing. If you like your blade, then you are the lucky guy who is happy with one blade and you don't have to worry yourself about other blades. It means that you are also strong against temptation by other blades.

BTY Senshu - BTY Tackiness Chop (2mm), DHS Hurricane III (2.15mm) 729 Dynasty Hinoki Carb - BTY Sriver G2, BTY Bryce (Both 2.1mm) 729 Zebra Transformer - Juic Varites, BTY Sriver G2 (Both MAX) And that's pretty much it....
