My friend recently played Jun Mizutani tenergy 64 . Then he bought the Waldner 89 ,but with a Tenergy he didn't like it . He sat down on the Joola Rhyzm P and much praises . Monster spin ! Necessary but use a maximum for the tires . Not too long ago got even Persson 89 and his word is that they are really very good knives with a large dose of forgiveness ,better than Jun Mizutani . It's just need to pair it with the right rubber . Personally, we played with this blade a few times , last month very often . Better works with the rubber of the maximum thickness . Blue Fire M1 , Xiom Omega III Euro , Rhyzm P if you put emphasis on spin . On the contrary, MXP 2.0 , Xiom Omega III 2.0 were incredibly fast , like a slingshot . The great art of keeping the ball on the table . For a large tolerance, forgiveness , great blocks and excellent control in the game, I found the Waldner 89 with Coppa X1 TP max on the front side and Coppa X1 TP 1.8 on the back side .

Donic Crest Off
FH-Donic Acuda S2 Max
BH-Tibhar ELP 1.9

Donic Crest AR+
FH-Joola Maxxxp 2.0
BH-Joola Rhyzm Tech 2.0

They are quite popular here, and quite a few people are using them. They do work best (IMO) with tensioned-type rubbers...Acuda (s2) & bluefire (m2/jp02) the more popular.

I'm currently using donic ovtcharov carbospeed with baracuda FH and spinlord keiler BH. I'm happy with it and I have absolutely zero issue with it being too powerful as I find faster blades easier to control than slow ones (weird, I know). But I miss woody feel in it, and a tiny amount of flex won't be a bad something. So, will persson world champion 89 be a good choice? Also, I loved JRE with MX-P, one of my old setups. Which one in waldner and persson wc89 is closest to JRE?

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of buying the Waldner 89, with EL-S 2.1 on the forehand, and grass D.Tesc 1.6 on the backhand.

what do you think about the combination?

I play an allround/offensive game having a pimple out rubber on the backhand. I play with Tibhar force pro with Tibhar EL-S 2.1 on the forehand and dr.Neubauer Aggressor 1.5 on the backhand(medium pips).
