Yeah - just serve tricky serves and push to his forehand.  He falls apart in seconds.
I like putting heavy topspin on the ball...

Owner is a business owner/entrepreneur, supervisors are largely volunteers.  Annual members have 24 hour access to the club so the hours mostly have no impact for the truly dedicated local members.
