is there any place in London where I can choose rubbers and blades and someone will assemble them for me? online shops that deliver to London can also work. Can players based ariund London help?

not sure about brick & mortar shops in london apart from decthlon near surrey quays.

Rents are to high for shops , online stores can be expensive but delivery is usually 1-2 days.

Some of these online shops are small operations, with owners working right out of their home. If you pay them a visit, the experience is pretty similar to a brick and mortar shop. I don't know of any in London though.
