I'm looking for a cheap, medium/light weight Chinese rubber that is of medium/hard hardness and of medium/high tackiness. The main problem problem with what I'm looking for I guess is the weight. Preferably 40-45g cut to the blade.

+1, Torrent Gold. Light-ish weight and semi-tacky, with a little extra "tension" speed, although its not curled when you glue it on thanks to the plastic cover. And you can't lose with a $5 price!
