For those curious as what the inside of a butterfly ALC handle looks like. A friend of a friend wanted his handle to be remade to a pistol handle(to help with wrist pain) by charlie, so these are the pics charlie took.

cool...i kinda expected that. (same thing can be said about other ALCs).
Btfly should rename these ALC varieties/models....e.g. TBS WRB, KLHSp ALC WRB, TB ALC WRB, Iolite WRB, Iolite Neo WRB, & this MMaze ALC WRB...may be Viscaria WRB too...etc. etc. Edited by tiehwen - 01/01/2017 at 12:59pm |

[/QUOTE] rocket, are the handle wings also milled or are they just flat and sit flush on the holes?

Surprising info if it's true about all butterfly alc blades like viscaria and tb alc, as I didn't feel the handles were hollow.
Btw what is WRB? |

For the ALC blades Butterfly started the hollow handle (plates) with the TBS. This was the difference to the Viscaria which was the first ALC blade and which did not have hollow handle plates. In addition, the hollow part of the TBS handle looked different to that of the Maze (just a circle in the upper handle part in case of the TBS).
