I am a very fond user of the Innerforce Tamca ULC. As it is out of production, and becoming hard to find, is there any other manufacturer/blade maker who uses ULC and/or makes a blade w/similar composition to the Innerforce ULC? Thanks!

You could try this: http://www.tabletennis11.com/other_eng/victas-fire-fall-lc It's an innerfiber style construction. Victas quality is very nice despite being made in China.

Adidas C500, inner ULC, seems like a direct replacement, discontinued but readily available.
