All rubbers have speed, spin and control.

Do you want more speed and less control, max spin? What kind of strokes do you play (arm-movement), short or long, do you want to play topspin, block, smash, chop, close to the table or as well from the table. What kind of strokes do you (want) to play? What is your thickness of sponge?
When you answer those questions, it's possible to advise

Firstly, what have you tried previously? Secondly, what is your price range?

i want more speed and spin, i'm an aggressive attacker and play close to the table, mid range is the furthest i'll go. love to loop drive

Do you glue or not?  If you dont glue use Nittaku Hammond X, Reforma, Stiga Almana, Opt MP, Inspirit (Chinese but Jap/Euro like).  If you glue use something like Almana Sound, Innova Sound, Bryce FX, basically stuff designed for using speed glue.  How long did you play with the Chinese rubbers?

Innova sound does not existLOL Maybe you are thinking of Neos Sound.
My personal favorite for close to mid distance= Mendo MP (glued)

You wont find many rubbers faster than Vstage and spinnier than Magna.  A good rubber to try is Yasaka Mark V it is slower but spinnier than VStage.  For extra speed you can try Juic Couga and for red Varites.
