Mr. Cermet,
Do you speed glue your Bryce? I have tried Bryce before, without speed glue it is not very good. But when I speed glued it, it became the best rubber I have ever used. Have you ever used any rubbers with built-in speed glue effect?

ooDKNYoo, I know about Bryce power, but I think it is too much trouble that you need to put it in the CO2 bag each time after you play it.

I just started using Nittaku Hammond X. It's a pretty fast rubber, quite sticky, and good sound. Still learning how to get the best out of it.

yes it feels dead and not spinny unglued. Unglued it's more for pure smashers or flat hitters that don't loop. But if you speedglue it it's a real SPIN MACHINE!

Skyline, I see, thanks. By the way, do you know any good rubber without speed glue? I am too lazy to speed glue every time I play.

I am using Donic Gallardo Power Sound on front side of Darker J-Speed 90.
Used to have Donic F2 on rear side unglue but changed also to Gallardo Power Sound.  Feel lighter and not too soft as F2. It is fast with good control when glued on both sides.
Another BTY Lendido got a Andro Plasma 470 on front. A bit springy and soft but not that solid and fast compared with the Darker combo. May try the Donic Gallardo PS on it but depends if the one who liked and borrowed this blade from me wants to return, or pay.
Another BTY Tectonic got a glued Bryce. Quite good feel but not as fast as above two blades. May try Donic Gallardo PS again.
My favourite rubber is Sonic Gallardo PS and put on another Stiga Titanium 5.4 C-pen and a handshake BTY BalsaCarbo X5 already.

No, I don't speed glue the Hammond X. What Skyline said is true. Without speedglue, this rubber is good for flat hitting.

Tibhar Nimbus doesn't need any speed glue... it's like Xiom Omega 1 or 2...

But I use Yasaka V-stage, and Yasaka Mark V m2...
Both rubbers work better if you speed glue them,
but it works just as great with out speed glue, enough power, spin, and control.
Darker Speed90 10mm (Jpen) Butterfly Kreanga Carbon (ST)
FH - Yasaka V-Stage (max)     FH - Butterfly Bryce Speed (2.1)
BH - Yasaka V-Stage (2.0)      BH - Tibhar Nimbus (max)

I received a new Andro Plasma 430 and put it on my Kim Taek Soo yesterday. It feels like Bryce with one layer of speed glue. Good speed, spin and control. The sound is loud too. Has any one used this rubber?

I have. I have tried both 40 and 470.  The 430 lack of speed and 470, I not too sure how to explain it. It seems that both rubber has high throw.

Now, I use back my bryce. Big%20smile
Blade: Butterfly Custom made 1ply Hinoki 10mm

I would recommend either Bryce or Sriver with cypress/cypress max.

Plasma is a good rubber but it doesn't last long.  My friends used them.
I think Cypress or Cypress max are way better than Kim Teak Soo; they have a much softer feeling and throw the ball much better too. I have them all.
