I normally wear Small (polos t-shirts) what butterfly chinese shirt size should I choose then? Medium or large?

If you are not sure, can't you give the measurement of your shoulders (from left to right) and ask the seller to select the suitable one for you ?

I also wear size small with most clothes, and I would advise you to order Medium if you like your tt clothes on the tighter side with short sleeves, or Large if you like a little looser fit with regular length sleeves like a polo shirt. I have two Butterfly tt polos in Medium, and the fit is pretty tight with quite short sleeves. This is ok for me at 5'7" and 125lbs, but if you are any larger, I would order size Large.
