i was playin with g3a4 and cj8000 on oc,and changed to dawei maxim power carbon blade.
now the rubbers are useless on this blade so i had to put two old mark v ad and sriver l sheet on the blade. it is now playin ok. but i need new rubber.so i tried focus III.did not work .toooooo high throw and tooooo muchhhhhh springy. 729 fx too slow 729 cross tacky and hard also high throw on certain shots. so i need some good chinese(new gener) rubbers which are close to markv ad or sriver. i was thinking abt inspirit and hk1997 but saw different reviews on different site which are confusing. i found that exonsor and tension are not good on carbon blades, also the cj8000 has a bad thwak sound rather than tick of sriver on the carbon blade |

Have you tried Higher? I find it pretty serviceable for every shot, and perhaps more importantly, competent with and without glue on a variety of blades.
I'd personally go with 729 Higher on Jap sponge, myself.

My BH rubber was Higher 2008. I found the sponge quite hard but as Jack87 said quite servicable. I was looking for a little more feel though. I beleive I found it with tha Geo Spin Tacky BLK 2.0(a little softer sponge, maybe 2 degrees).
I like the 999 on Quattro Idea(just ordered from cole a sheet of H3 on 2.3 Quattro sponge)

i thought abt it but in some reviews find that it is tackier than g3a4,so it wont be a good choice for me. |

the cj8ooo has a thin topsheet so may be bottoming out on your carbon blade,i have noticed when pushing with this rubber 1.5 thickness that the ball meets the wood which i did not like.you can get sriver or mark v `reasonably `priced at wwwpresports.com and there are a choice of versions
