I bought one Schlager Carbon X-CS from iruiru Japan, but it has no serial number. Lately I bought one Gergely SH blade from my local retailer, and it has the serial number. I think the new production from Butterfly will have a serial number, but this is only my guess.

I have also heard that blades from Japan, truly from Japan are the ones with the serial number as well.  Every blade i've seen from Iruiru have the cereal number on them.

Printing a serial number on a blade is not a difficult thing. Then we would not know what is the meaning of the figures.

Galaxy or Yinhe have been putting serial numbers on their blades of late. Even to so called Cheap N-series, has serial numbers.
