A: Normally you can solve your problem by using our solutions. If it turns out that problems were caused by broken parts which is not caused by improper use. We ship new parts to you for free in the first three months. Our parts will be free for all the first year, but after the third month, shipping cost has to be added. After the first year, mail to us if you have problems or mail back parts, then we�ll proof it for free but shipping cost is charged. There is no need to ship back the whole robot when proof it.We�ll choose cost-effective shipping method for you which won't cost more than 20 US dollar for the proofed parts.
