+1,  they also offer discounts and combo specials from time to time.  Ben will work with you, call or email him.

I like paddle palace as well but I still want to support the smaller dealers. Paddle palace needs better pics in their catalog and online. If your going to pay crazy bucks for equipment then they need to step up and provide better pics for comparison. Xiom is a fine addition for them.

With the exception of some Chinese websites, I've found Paddle Palace's prices to be fairly comparable to most places.

That being said... For those of you who disagree, in my experience Paddle Palace will match prices for most items. It simply takes an email or phone call. Thumbs Up

I think tabletennisstore.us does the same - though I doubt he matches prices from overseas.

How big do you think the Paddle Palace is?   It isn't that big if you physically go there.

I do wonder about what Xiom was thinking about distribution system in the US.   If I were Ben I would be pissed.   Normally the distributors want exclusive rights to a territory.   I could easily find tabletennisstore.us,  I just haven't had the need to buy Xiom rubbers.

+1

Perhaps the name is misleading.

Their building is a glorified office, with a table set aside for assembly.

For what it's worth...
+1 for Ben and tabletennisstore.us. While I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Paddle Palace (and my experiences there), Ben has been nothing short of outstanding in terms of service and selection. He has been carrying Xiom products for a while now (I switched from BTY to Xiom about a year ago), and I think loyalty means something in life.

Tabletennisstore.us is worth a try - give them a call and I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Using Google Earth you can type in paddlepalace in Portland OR. and use the street view feature. It will give you a 360 degree view right in front of Paddle Palace. Thumbs Up

Some history about why the name Paddle Palace came about.

I wouldn't call it that now. I would call it a glorified warehouse with an office area.  There is about a 10ftx10ft area for customers to enter at the door.  The rest is off limits but one time I was given a tour.  The part in back is a warehouse like environment with lots of shelves of TT gear similar to what you see in the Brian Pace videos where he raids the Butterfly stock for a rubber.  They do have a huge inventory but then they carry so many brands and products within each brand.  There is no TT table setup.
