I tried the loop version and was impressed. Great click, speed. It was too advanced for me to control in the short game, but then I'm used to 1.8. I bet I'd prefer the touch of the hard version too. I'm skeptical of Chinese rubbers selling over $20, but this stuff seemed pretty legit. My practice partner ended up with it and loves it. I sure wouldn't recommend it to beginners though. Sorry for the sidebar.

I got my nephew a Butterfly primorac off- with 729 cream rubber and he's raised from a rating of 500 to 1000+ in less than a year.
I think a hurricane hao is a little much. Stiff hard and fast from what I understand. Not what you need when you are a beginner. |
