If price is not an issue, try Borko, he will make the suitable blade for your style.

The Kevlar blades by Nittaku are soft and fast, both the KVC and KVY are between 6.5-7 mm and are 5 ply and 7 ply repectively.

The Butterfly Taksim is supposed to be medium to soft in feel but 7.2 mm.

A lot of people talk about the 7 ply Stiga Clipper (not the CR) as soft feel, also the Donic Persson Powerspeed, the Avalox P700 and BT 777.  As they are much cheaper you might see if you can locate one and try it out yourself.
