Where are you trying to upload the videos to? Megaupload, Mediafire, etc...

Megaupload is very simple to use. Just got to http://www.megaupload.com/ and enter the file (from your computer) you want to upload just under Select file to send and click on I accept the terms, then hit SEND button.

do you know how to divide a video into two parts? or make a video smaller? the limitation of mediafire is 100m. |

You can use WinRAR. When you archive a video file into multiple parts, you can select the size.
