Kokutaku 007 pro-selected is a rubber design by A.choomai in collaboration with Kokutaku.
They come in 2 versions normal and hard version, which are completely different.

Regular KKTK 007 pro , 2.2 Black, nexy lissom (regular)

This rubber is not a classic Chinese rubber, it is semi-tacky at first use but tackiness is higher after topsheet is stabilized. If not mistaken, this rubber is lighter than most Chinese rubber. The rubber is shiny, sponge is porous and come in everyone favorite “blue” color.

Speed : definitely Faster than H3 neo, defintely faster than sanwei target national.
Hardness : 38-39 chinese degree maybe less
Spin : very good grip, average to low stickyness.

This rubber is powerful in both speed and spin parameter (it is fast!!) , the sponge is quite springy a bit powerful in short-game but compensated by the tackiness of surface. Looping and attacking with this rubber is great. Chopping on the other hand is quite uncontrollable ( im a modern def).

Durability is good, rubber in the supplement picture is 3 month old.

In conclusion, this rubber is surprisingly amazing. I try loads of equipments this year (my friend just start TT business) and this rubber impresses me most. Im not a fanboy or trying to hype this rubber but suggesting that if you need some good rubber, this is the one.

Thank you for posting a video showing the rubber's versatility on loop trajectories and speed!

My experience with it is similar; that it can produce a range of topspins.

It is better than Sanwei Target National in almost all regards (max spin, spin variation, safe trajectories, away from table play) with a short game that equals STN.

Yes, it comes with red color. I switch invert to BH only when practicing, blocking. It's OKAY. you may need a bit softer, less springy for BH.

From data collection, 38 degree is suited well for beginner and intermediate players. For pros, they may feel a bit less power. However, some high level players (ex national youth / provincial players) are happy with this version.
40 degree is designed for intermediate and higher level since it can generate more powerful shot. Beginner may have a bit difficulty to control it properly.
Similar to other Chinese style rubbers , it is play better after boosting.

The first sheet I received was fabulous! Are you doing anything to ensure the second lot is identical to the first? Or have there been tweaks/changes to formulae?

I actually enjoyed the classic "chinese break in time" and how gradual it was. The rubber gets progressively more dynamic and faster and faster over the first 4 or 5 sessions.

I am very tempted to try it out. Is it suitable for both BH and FH, or is it more of a FH rubber?

It seems to be something in line with other new Chinese rubbers, for example from what I heard about Friendship Bloom Power (I ordered a sheet to check it out) sounds similar. Palio HK 1997 Gold also sounds like something on the same lines, but is not tacky and maybe has less spin (ordered a sheet to try too!)

Can anyone make a comparison to these rubbers? Or at least to H3 Pro?
