Hi
We 're a group of Belgian students and for a schoolproject we've chosen to describe the lifecycle of a table tennis bat. To have a base to build on, we bought a cornilleau 100. It costs only 4 euro. (http://www.cornilleau.com/loisir/produit.asp?id=1&t=r&g=1) At home I also have a cornilleau 800. Now we have some problems finding out which wood they use in the multiplex. It looks like birch or something. I know balsa is also used a lot because it's very light, but I don't think they use it in the cornileau 100. In general it would be nice to know which kinds of wood they use the most in the making of the bats. if someone knows more (chemical details) about the rubber used or the substance thats just beneath it, that's always welcome. Thanks grtz Karel |
