My play style is usually chopping. I don't really like to smash a ball lots of times but I focus on chopping and control.

If you're looking to chop, this setup is the exact opposite of what you want....
This setup would be ideal for agressive looping and driving...

Look into a defensive blade and slower rubbers.
Good Footwork. Impossible.

slow oversized blade and long pips on the backhand. Forehand with a thin inverted rubber.

Doesn't have to be Long Pips. I personally use short pips just because the transition was so much easier and it gives me some opportunities to attack.  Wink
