IMO, It is a well balanced blade. Yes it is good for looping. It really depends on your style too but that is how i think

I met Rokphish during my trip to Indo and I had a chance to try his Amadeus.
I fell in love with the feel and bought 2 of them. I also got 4 other blades, so I decide to sell one of the Amadeus..

Rok mentions that it was not as good for him over the table.I thought that the outer Hinoki plies should give it some nice soft feel in the shortgame - what do you think?

2 bad you are not trading... I am selling my Yinhe W-1 and was thinking about getting something instead (a bit more expensive perhaps) to try. Oh well...

I don't know, Jim, my level is definitely not at Rok's level LOL
But I tried it for few hits, looping and what not and immediately felt that this is it. I don't play way back over the table, mostly close and perhaps 3 -5 feet behind the table at the most and I think this is the perfect blade for me.

I am currently having collections of 1 ply hinokis and feel like home with it.. Big%20smile
