How good is their service? Does the shipping take pretty long? It seems to be very inexpensive and I'm wondering if this is a case of you get what you pay for.

I always buy rubbers from them, shipping can take up to 3 weeks in busy season, Normally 1 to 2 week to here California. Products are authentic and "fresh"

I've purchased from them several times. Ordering and delivery is a matter of planning, don't order at the last minute before a tournament. Make sure a couple of weeks is provided for delivery. If a popular rubber is purchased, there is a very high likelihood that it will be very fresh. Less popular rubber has a higher likelihood of being on the shelf for a while. But that's the same story as anywhere else.
I am satisfied with their service ginven the conditions explained above. I've used them often before, I will continue to use them until / unless they become a problem. My rating:  |

They're really good to me. About 3 days shippping to New Zealand once the tracker says it has been sent. Processing time varies though, from instantaneously to a week.

My impression on them is that they have a very very tight inventory control to keep the cost down so the products should be very "fresh". But the big issue is that their products listing are not "fresh" at all. You always have to contact them to confirm the products are in stock before ordering otherwise there is a very HIGH chance that you will end up waiting or have to get refund. If your local currency is not USD, this will cost you money and time too.

very good dealer, i order for him's a lot for me and for friends of mine here at mexico, great customer service, the normal shipping is really slow, on my first orders were about 2 to 3 weeks, on my last orders were about 2 months, but i know that was store fault, thats hong kong fault, he is open to get a faster option for shipping, i need rubbers urgent for a tournament and by UPS i get it 3 days after my order

I honestly didn't expect my sheet of Thor's to come in a few days - it's coming from Hong Kong! It did come faster than I expected though. Aside from that, my only order when well and I'll be ordering from them for a few friends. I expect to get everything as I wanted.

They are a very good and reliable dealer. However, HK Post sometimes takes their sweet time in delivery. Used to be from 2 to 3 weeks for US East Coast. Last time it was almost 5 weeks, and 5-6 weeks for my friend in Finland. I guess that's what you get for cheap mail - but they do not have any other shipping options, as I recall.

Usually, it gets to custom in Toronto Canada in 1 week time, and stay in custom for 3-5 days. When I buy stuff from China (through ebay), it somehow get to custom in Vancouver (west coast) in about the same 1 week time, but it stays in custom a lot longer (up to 2 weeks). Looks to me custom in Vancouver (west coast) is either busy or lazy (I think it's the later). Buying stuff from US suffer the same fate depending on the west or east side it enters.

Most of my TT stuff is bought there, no major complaints - everything is authentic and fresh, the main thing you should keep in mind - you should contact them using Skype or online messenger, not email. Usually, you may need that when you see your order is not shipped next day - during working days, this often means that some of ordered are restocking, so you may want to make some changes to your order.
