I like Baracuda in max thickness. You haven't said what blade your'e using (or contemplating using) nor have you let us know what level you play. But with an OFF or OFF+ blade, Baracuda should do the trick.
Max thickness will probably have a bit of a higher trajectory and more spin than with thinner sponge, but I didn't have any problems making the adjustment.

I tried both versions of Rakza 7 (regular and soft) and decided to keep them both on my 1ply hinoki Jpen blades. Rakza 7 Soft is now my current favourite because it gives me the more control than the regular version, especially now, when clubs are colder and rubbers get a bit harder.
They both are nice for looping and counterlooping. Ma Lin liked the Soft version too, by the way

Calibra is nice, not as spiny as Baracuda but the speed and consistency is very good, it can rival the Tenergy's, and it has mid to high arch, which I like. The price is half of Tenergy, and it last longer in terms of durability than the Tenergy. |

One of my friends, who is a European power looper rated about 2300 (and likes to counterloop a lot), hated the Calibra LT. He literally tore it off after playing a game with it and losing to a 2200 player (at a tournament). I haven't played much with it but it seems like a good rubber imo. Some people just have different taste.

Oh...I mean that I do not think Rakza 7 (regular version) is like other ESN rubbers that I have tried. Similar only in some aspects....but not entirely with overall feel and playing ability for me. The Rakza 7 soft was too soft for me. I have only tried them both in 2.0mm though. I spent alot of time using Palio Macro Era 42.5 max and 2.0, 47.5 in 2.0mm. Razka 7 is much different to me.
