package:
vacuum sealed package, basic presentation.
comes with a layer of tuner or glue in the sponge.
the rubber doesn't really look like a very professional, high QC control rubber.
looks to be a couple of steps behind brands like YinHe, Sanwei, Palio, DHS. 

sponge:
medium hard, a little bit softer than most chinese style rubbers.

topsheet:
VERY sticky, traditional chinese topsheet.

playing characteristics:
speed:
this is a typical chinese rubber and besides the tuning layer it doesn't advertise itself as a replacement for old speed glued rubbers with complex technologies, like many do today.
however, the speed is pretty good, higher than h3.
I would say it has similar speed to "yinhe moon", a bit slower.

spin:
very good spin but not as massive as one would expect.
a very tacky topsheet doesn't automatically translate into a very spiny rubber.
look at tenergy, it's not tacky and very spiny.

control:
pretty good, you have the problem that you have with all chinese rubbers, "passive blocking" andthe dead sponge.
but besides that it's good in control.

service:
nice, spiny serves, easy to control ball.

counterlooping close to table:
if you do full power loops chinese style it's good.
but if you want to do small movements and have the rubber help you, you will be disappointed.
it's still a chinese rubber.

counterlooping far from table:
you feel the lack of power which translates in loops that have little spin and mediocre speed.

flicking:
easy like with most chinese rubbers.

blocking:
I would say it's acceptable because it does have a bit more bounce than  h3 which helps in blocks when not so close to the table.
yet it is slower than euro rubbers so you have to make a small forward movement.

chopping:
good performance.

weight:
very heavy.
rubber is very thick and it comes with a layer of glue in the back.
this is what made me move on to other rubbers.

I think if you let this one really break-in with lots of play time it is a very interesting rubber.
enough speed  (don't expect miracles) and chinese characteristics.
I don't remember exact weight but with an 86g blade and a light short pips rubber it was around 183 g.
too much for me.
