Actually, I just checked with my blade, it's same. Korbel 99.9% . This ply would be maybe too thick for carbon ply, it's wood.

tough to say, need clearer pic..
could have a carbon layer in there i think i can sort of see the weaving of the carbon in the light spots, or it could just be the weaving of the wood (like p500) and her sweat can make darker.. Edited by gnome - 03/14/2011 at 5:02pm |

yes, definitely Korbel handle. Although this ply (top or next to top) of blade looks darker than on my Korbel...

Are you sure that's Xu Xin? Looks like a girl's hands from the length of those fingernails

I tried 3200 film once. The results were useless. Even 800 is noticeably grainier than the shots in this thread.
That last photo showing Xu Xin then a blowup of his bat is stunning. Edited by Tinykin_2 - 03/05/2011 at 3:59pm |

10 years ago you could buy a Canon 1V and shoot 3200 film (admittedly very grainy) @10fps

Well, technology does wonders indeed. Who could imagine an autofocus camera shooting 10-11 fps at 3200 iso just 10 years ago? Now with proper tools all photographer cares about is a good light and composition.

Is there any chance that is a Extra Offensive with a Stiga handle? He used to use YEO and the color of the edges of the wings appears very similar to YEO... |

Anyone here interested in photography?
These days, TT photographs are of amazing quality. I remember when to get a decent TT picture the photographer had to set up a special practice session so that he could use his flash.

At Top 12 Dimitri played with T05 both sides. I saw a picture, if I find it again I post here.
Before that, he used to play with "standard" Coppa on his BH.

my idea is as his national coach he plays with a "modern" rubber and with a classic rubber.
jorg roskopf was playing with glued rubber and unglued bh rubber. i think he played with coppa speed (black) and coppa (red) last season he played with black tenergy 05 and red mark V. i don't know actual set-up. but some vids will come from german open...

Do you know which Coppa it is? There are several Coppa rubbers that are all very different from each other. |

By the way, does anyone know what kind of rubber Ovtcharov uses on his BH? I would really like to know if he uses a soft or hard rubber to play his BH the way he does. All my efforts to find a good reference or image with details on what BH rubber he is using were futile.
