Ebenholz he has has been using for awhile now. The rubbers are harder to confirm, but I have pretty conclusive proof about the Haifu (Haifu advertises him as a sponsored player a lot)

He would be using VII, not V. Also, the only thing I've seen for sure on his FH is indeed haifu BW3 (could have changed) ... back in speedglue days it was h3.

the pips are a mystery though, I've never seen a picture of them. Dolphin/penguin is likely, so is spectol 21.

good compilation regardless, Lixiao.

Yeah I just read somewhere that he used Penguin, so that I changed. Good catch on the VII rather than the V, I forget that the Clipper (his former blade) is a 7-ply blade.

Ah yes I heard Kenji had changed blades. Butterfly.co.jp still has him listed as using the sk7. Tang Peng used to use the Original T-Version, but I've seen some pretty decent resolution photos that show otherwise.

The original Original rubber was pips in, also a very old rubber (megaspin says it came out in '53). Original T-Version is a new pips out rubber for very offensive players, it was used by quite a few top penholders in Japan.

He is most definitely using the ebenholz VII, if that is what you are asking. He was a clipper user for awhile, but after the glue ban he switched to the V-1 (easily the most popular blade amongst the HKG team, the blade of Li Ching, Ko Lai Chak, and Jiang Huajun, although Jiang is now under contract with butterfly and Li also went to ebenholz). I guess he desired more speed and went to the Ebenholz.

Hahaha what commentator was that? Jike has always used hurricane III neo (blue sponge) and tenergy 64. He is technically under contract with butterfly, but they do not claim to supply him a forehand rubber.
